At In Her Legacy, we promise to walk beside every young woman as she steps into who she is - and who she is becoming. We cultivate spaces where she can reclaim her voice, trust her intuition, honor her story, and carry her identity with pride into the communities she comes from and the futures she will shape.
Our work is rooted in the belief that when one young woman rises, she lifts generations with her. Through our pay-it-forward model, graduates become mentors, leaders, and legacy-builders - creating ripples of healing, safety, and possibility that extend far beyond themselves.

How We Show Up
Our programming is as layered and whole as the young women we serve.
The FAVOR Model Our signature 12–15 week cohort-based journey - guiding young women through five transformative stages. During programming, participants are paired with trained mentors who look like them and have walked paths they recognize.
Mentorship One trusted adult changes everything. Every participant is matched with a mentor from her own community - and when she graduates, she has the opportunity to become one.
Legacy in Motion Healing-centered programming for justice-involved and transitional age youth - restorative, dignified, and built for forward motion.
BRAVE Inclusive programming for all youth - non-binary, boys, and girls - because belonging is for everyone.
Workshops & Customizable Programming Trauma-informed workshops tailored to your community, school, or organization.
Yoga & Mindfulness Embodied wellness woven into everything we do - because healing lives in the body too.
What She Carries With Her.
By the time a young woman completes her journey with In Her Legacy, she leaves with more than a certificate.
She leaves with:
